I have used this company before and am really pleased with the customer service, however after paying the extra for the bag was disappointed to see it arrive with marks like glue marks on it. Admittedly I didn’t contact the company to report this so not sure what their response would be but am sure that on past experience they would have been very accommodating

Jus5 to note:Gift for Godchild...so sent on via Post off8ce to Republic of Ireland... leaving the European Union trading area has meant that I had to pay import tax and Vat totalling €79.80 extra on charges...to the IRISH CUSTOMS OFFICES before they would releasted this gift package! Disaster for UK businesses exporting to EU. And it probably wont be delivered in time .. at this rate!

Nice set but would have liked the box to already be made, I know theres not a lot to it, but I have arthritis in my hands and it made it difficult for me. Over all nice little cleaning cloth and pretty red paper.
