**Jewellery With Love™ Warranty Policy**

At Jewellery With Love™, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and exclusions of our warranty.

**1. Warranty Coverage:**
All items purchased directly from Jewellery With Love™ are covered under this warranty. Should a product exhibit material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item. **Please note that while we are committed to replacing any defective item, we do not offer refunds.**

**2. Warranty Exclusions:**
Please be advised that our warranty policy does not encompass the following:

- Loss of Jewelry: We understand the emotional value of your jewelry, and it is with regret that we cannot extend our warranty to include lost items.

- Tarnishing of Silver: While silver's lustrous sheen is captivating, it may naturally tarnish over time. To preserve its beauty, we invite you to visit our Tarnish Prevention and Care Guide.

- Wear and Tear: Daily wear can lead to scratches on the disc, enamel, chain, and any attachments. Our warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear that results from the life of the jewelry.

- Accidental Damage: We encourage loving care for your pieces; however, damage resulting from misuse or accidents falls outside our warranty.

- Contact with Chemicals: Exposure to chemicals found in lotions and creams can affect the integrity of your jewelry, which is not covered under our warranty.

- Misplacement: The warranty does not extend to products that have been misplaced.

- Post-Purchase Alterations: Once an engraved product is approved and finalized, changes to the engraved information cannot be covered.

- Custom Creations: Customized pieces, including special orders and personalized items, are unique to you and thus are not included in our standard warranty.

**3. Warranty Period:**
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. Any claims made after this period will not be covered under this warranty.

**4. How to Make a Claim:**
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs. Our team will guide you through the process.

**5. Limitation of Liability:**
Jewellery With Love™'s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
