The jewellery is really lovely ans the writing on and inside inside the box is wonderful the only thing I would say seeing its a valentines day present it would have been better in the red box instead of the black one part from that everything is beautiful and the lady on the phone was very helpful thank you

Never received the deluxe gift box? I thought I ordered 2? Had something from Royalmail saying postage hasn’t been paid
Store owner replied: Hi James, this is the box your necklace and card were sent in. You paid for one deluxe box, but we’ve upgraded both boxes to the deluxe version at no extra charge. All our necklaces come with a box — usually the standard one, but in your case we provided the deluxe. Regarding the Royal Mail postage issue, please note this is not from us, as we cover all postage costs.
