If you want to make any changes to the wording of a card (or write your own) please place your order and then send us an email of your message to sales@jewellerywithlove.com . Please remember to quote your order number!
I want to make a return
Any unworn, resalable item purchased from our website may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned in full original packaging. Excludes any pierced jewellery which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

I didn't receive a confirmation email
Please check your junk/spam folder as sometime our emails end up there by accident! If you still haven't received anything there's a good chance that there was an error in entering your email address. Simply email us at sales@jewellerywithlove.com telling us the name on the order and the approximate time it was placed - we can update this for you.
