Why is 925 stamped on my jewellery?

All of our jewellery is Sterling Silver which is composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (eg. copper). The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925 and is stamped to prove authenticity.

Why do you use rhodium plating?

Rhodium is one of the most expensive metals in the world. If someone is sensitive to silver, Rhodium plating provides a barrier layer between the silver and the skin. Rhodium also has a high corrosion resistance which means the silver base will oxidise at a slower rate than usual. Most importantly, the Rhodium finish gives a reflective, showy surface which is both aesthetically pleasing as well as durable and long lasting.

What are the payment and delivery options?

We accept all major debit & credit cards as well as Paypal & Klarna payments.

What if I did not receive a confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are sent automatically to the email you give us. If you cannot find it, please check your junk/spam folder first and then send us an email at sales@jewellerywithlove.com . We can always resend the confirmation email to you.

Do you do longer chains for the Love Knot Necklace? ​

If you need a longer necklace, we offer 22" chains upon request, to do so, please send us an email mentioning your order number and we will organise to send you a longer chain.

We use Royal Mail Tracked delivery as below:

UK Standard Delivery – Tracked 48 hours.

UK Express Delivery – Tracked 24 hours.

Ireland Delivery - 5 Business days

USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada Delivery - 10+ Business days

What is your return policy?

Any unworn, resalable item purchased from our website may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned in full original packaging. Excludes any pierced jewellery which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
