Return & Refund Policy


Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please begin the return process by emailing us on; sales@jewellerywithlove.com quoting your order number.

**This excludes earrings due to hygiene reasons**

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been engraved (see below)

Engraved Items

Should you wish to return an item in an engraved box, please note that we cannot refund the cost of engraving or the cost of the box that has been engraved. We offer a part refund in this situation and will refund the total amount paid for the jewellery only.

Cancellations
We are able to cancel orders at any time up until they are despatched weekdays at 3pm. After items are sent, you will need to pursue a return.

If you cancel your order within two hours of placing, there will be a £3.00 cancellation fee. This is to cover the cost of administration which includes the payment processing fees charged to the business.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If we have processed a refund and you believe it has not been received, first check your bank account online before contacting your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund appears on your account.
Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time to take into consideration.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@jewellerywithlove.com to confirm your details.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@jewellerywithlove.com  and then send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are always non-refundable as this is a service that has been fulfilled.


If you are processing a return and would like a return-shipping-label from us, the cost of this return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Wrong shipping address provided by customer:

While this error was out of our control, we do our best to support our customers get their parcel and we have the below 2 options at the moment: 
1. You can pay for shipping and we can take the risk and send a replacement out for you prior to receiving the original order. 
2. We can wait for the parcel to be returned to us then we can re-ship it to you for free or refund you 
3- Shipping costs are always non-refundable as this is a service that has been fulfilled. 
4- If the order has free shipping applied, £6 will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of both shipping services (Sending the parcel out and the return)

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
